About me
Heather Morrissey is an innovative museum leader. At DelArt, she oversees security, visitation, retail, studio and community programs, rentals, and facilities. She has spearheaded major initiatives including the transition to in-house security and expansion of services that generated significant new income. Heather has also led projects from a new front entrance to studio expansions, while ensuring seamless operations through challenges such as the pandemic. Heather brings expertise in project and change management and customer service.
