Flagler College tourism and brand experience leader Samantha Palmer serves as Director of Brand Experience and Merchandise Licensing, overseeing Historic Tours of Flagler College. With expertise in heritage tourism, destination storytelling, retail strategy, and visitor engagement, she helps connect more than 40,000 annual tour guests to the history of the former Hotel Ponce de Leon while advancing the visitor experience in St. Augustine’s tourism community.
